FAQ

The bed looks seamless and I can’t take off the cover. Where are the zippers?

The zippers are hidden in the inner seam of the bed. Pull out of the center cushion and reach into the seam! For more instruction, please watch Assembling Your Madison Portier Bed.

The foam is misshapen.
Don’t worry. Some settling or movement may occur on the outer edge from prolonged use or being held in a certain position for a long time. It’s easy to move around. Take off the cover. Squeeze and shift around the foam to get it back to its original shape. See the video link below for more instruction.
Can I put it in the dryer?
You can if your dryer has a delicate or extra low heat setting. We want to make sure your fabric stays in the best condition so our recommendation would be to air dry or low heat. We’ve tested our product and it does hold up extremely well in other settings but we wouldn’t recommend it for long term fabric preservation.
What if my dog doesn’t like the bed?

We know how pets can be. While we’re confident your pet will love it, if they don’t, do not hesitate to contact us or send an email to help@madisonportier.com and we’ll provide return instructions.

What is your return policy?

You may return the bed within 60 days of purchase. For returns, please complete the contact form or send an email to help@madisonportier.com.

Why did my bed arrive unassembled?
For the 2 largest sizes (large and extra large) we were unable to package them assembled however, this is an issue we’re working to resolve moving forward. Thanks for being patient with us as we navigate through these challenging logistical times.
When will you release the covers for purchase?
We’re hoping to release covers for sale separately as soon as we can! At this time, we do not have a firm date. Please email us if you need a cover sooner! We can try to arrange to get one for you as a specialty order.
The pillow snap came loose, what should I do?

We are so sorry! Please email us at help@madisonportier.com and we will find a solution for you. The snaps are not required for the pillow to stay put, they are simply an added layer of protection, however, quality and service are very important to us so we would be happy to help!

Where can I try a bed in person?
We are currently only selling online however, we are acquiring retail partners and will have more information to share on our site and on our social platforms soon!
