The bed looks seamless and I can’t take off the cover. Where are the zippers?
The zippers are hidden in the inner seam of the bed. Pull out of the center cushion and reach into the seam! For more instruction, please watch Assembling Your Madison Portier Bed.
The foam is misshapen.
Can I put it in the dryer?
What if my dog doesn’t like the bed?

We are so sorry! Please email us at help@madisonportier.com and we will find a solution for you. The snaps are not required for the pillow to stay put, they are simply an added layer of protection, however, quality and service are very important to us so we would be happy to help!
